I received a recommendation for Jessica Courtney** (last review had a typo- sorry!) from a trusted friend and used her app link to determine where we stood financially to purchase in the future. We received the information quickly, as well as a full run down of where we could improve if we chose to. Within a week or so, we found the perfect home we wanted to jump on!
