My wife and I did not know what to expect from Move Concierge but we were overwhelmed with our cross-country move and were willing to accept any help we could get. Within the first two minutes of speaking with Connor Smith we were quickly put at ease and excited for the service and assistance he described. Over the course of one phone call, we had our utilities, internet, cable, security system, and locksmith all scheduled or set up. To make it better, Connor provided options that we could choose from, many of which saved us a good chunk of money over our current rates for those services. Connor was friendly, personable, professional, explained everything he was doing as he did it, and made an overwhelming process very uncomplicated. Connor and Move Concierge gave us peace of mind in a stressful situation while saving us money on a costly move. I couldn’t recommend Connor and Move Concierge more highly! This was an unexpected great experience!
