This is the 2nd time dealing with Chris and his team. You will not feel pressured, and these people over communicate. Meaning, you have answers as soon as they know. Thru the entire process I was educated on differences between conventional loans and VA loans. I missed a key piece of information which would of cost me time and money. Chris was able to educate me on a very important detail about VA loans and refinancing. In the end I went with a 15 yr loan and saved close to a full point.
