Brought her in for hip surgery at 7:30 AM was told her surgery would be around 8:30 never heard anything from them and she didn’t end up having her surgery till 1 o’clock when I called at noon to see how things were going I called the surgery number and she said she’d check and be right back. I held on the phone for 15 minutes and then called the front desk and was told that her surgery hadn’t been done yet. When I got off the phone with the front desk, I was still on hold for the surgery check number which was very upsetting . Instructions on when to bring her back we’re not given to me and no one even called to see how she was doing.
