Rating Dr. Ezenwais difficult and needs to encompass the whole MelioREM experience. Dr Ezenwais seemed like a very nice individual. However, from the numerous harassing "check-in" requests and threats of non-compliance will result in prolonged punishment on appointment day, the requirment for non-relevant personal information, to the “You must arrive 15 minutes early” and an enevatable 20 minutes+ wait, does not make sense or reflect a dedication to customer service. I am not thrilled unauthorized use of my ID photo. I did not feel MelioREM was about my health-“first”, But I was just captive source of revenue with a predetermined expectation.
