I am extremely unhappy about the care plan issue. I went to every step and took every action I could to clear up the issue. But not receiving any return phone calls and/or never being able to reach anyone to talk to is not my fault. I feel that is a scam, it’s shady and have every intention of bringing this up to a news station as well as the BBB so don’t be surprised if one contacts someone from Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic. A girl at the front desk agreed that she sees this happen regularly. This is poor business operations and extremely dishonest. For this reason I would never sign up for a wellness plan again with you anytime in the future and will discourage others from falling into the same trap. I would like to add that the staff that I worked with was very professional and friendly- that is a different department and I will make sure to let them know I am not unhappy with the service or care I received.
