Mark was an excellent loan officer. He was prompt to respond to my questions and get information that I needed. I know it was a busy time for home loans, but he handle all the steps needed to complete the loan. I even got married after starting the pre-approval process and he was able to handle the name change dilemma on the deed and loan for my wife. Would definitely use his services again when I decided to buy that bigger house! That interest rate was great too!
