I did Not see Dr. Vengerovich at my appointment, I saw Dr. Archilla. While my treatment by the Dr. and the PA. was good, I object to the way the office staff handled my intake. When I informed the receptionist that I could not input my correct drug info on the pre-visit web app, she was only concerned that my supplemental insurance was "invalid"..it is not, and even when I called the ins Co while standing at the desk, I was told the office would have to make the call. I waited around 45 minutes before I went into a treatment room. At no time was I informed of the status of my insurance or given an explanation as to why it was "invalid" in the first place. I believe some training in patient relations and accuracy is in order.
