I’m not sure that cancelled, postponed, closed venues (that Hammond really should have known about well in advance. This past March I was supposed yon picked up by a car and driver after arriving in Edinburgh . He never showed.& six people had to take two cabs. We were also supposed to tour Balmoral but it was closed on the the day we were supposed to How did Hammond NOTbknow it was closed.. also, I’ve never seen account credits on my AnEx, account either, I’ve used this touring company twice & have spent an exorbitant amount if money with them. If they can show me that the credited my account,,in all situations on their end, fine, Otherwise, I’m really upset & frankly hurt, since I’ve referred other travelers to this company. ’
