Jeff with Move Concierge was great to work with; he was friendly, funny, and comforting during a disconcerting and stressful time in our lives(big moves always are!). He expertly explained each option in all the utility categories, specifically spending extra time understanding the security needs for our family and home so that he could recommend which security system would be the perfect fit. After our phone call ended, Jeff emailed us the total cost and all the details of our utilities when he noticed a slight difference in the total cost compared to what he had told us originally. So, he went the extra mile, called us back to make sure we noted that difference, and made sure we didnt have any additional questions! That is incredible and dedicated service!
