The biggest pain that I had, was finding out about a Lien on my social security number, which had nothing to do with Mortgage Solutions. If I would have had a knowledgeable realtor, I think my process would have been smoother. I chose my own realtor which was a big mistake. I think that having a 'First Time Buyer Checklist" would be very beneficial.
