Very responsive and helpful. Top notch. She was able to get my electric utilities set up, but not water or trash, etc. Understanding that these may not be within her ability to totally finish, it would be nice if this service had the ability to set up more than just electric. Though, I would like to add that a listing of available utilities, and other necessary hook ups such as internet, was made available to me from Sarah.
