I was very pleased with Jessica. However, I wasn't pleased with the behind the scenes action and work. My paperwork was put on hold and messed up more than once. I felt that I was providing documents for a daughter that were just getting trashed. They asked for certain details and criteria to be presented and whomever received the documents was never happy. The manager gave a poor excuse as to why my closing was postponed. That told me that he knows his workers are incompetent and he needs to go over their work prior to closing. I expected a lot more than the service I received. Also, when paperwork was rejected from underwriting it was never clear as to what was needed. It was just "this wont work"
