Brian was amazing! We had no idea which direction we wanted to go and the next steps to take. Brian was able to explain everything to us and was very patient with our questions. He was always quick with turnaround times when we needed to run numbers for a house we were interested in - even answered a text from me during his daughter's birthday party and worked on the estimate as soon as it was over so I could have them that night! He's a really good person and felt he had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend him and will be sending my parents his way soon when they are ready to move. :)
