Working with Nick and his assistant was incredibly seamless. He talked with me before putting in an offer about offers and what the reality would be for monthly payments. I was able to upload a lot of the information through the online portal. When I was in the process of putting in an offer, he was attentive to the timely turnaround needed. When it came to closing, most things were already set up for me. Highly recommend!
