VerifiedAs a first time home buyer, this was all new to me. Toward the end of the process I would have liked to know more about what's going on and what to expect in each part of the process. Other then that it seems not all branches of MSF have access to the portal where I would submit documents, then a few days later I would be asked for those exact same documents by a different agent that happened several times. Even to the point it seemed to slow things down in the last few days as I had to change the date of my home owners insurance, I uploaded it to the portal and emailed both agents with the new insurance documents and the price change. Two days before close I was asked to change the date of that insurance to the closing date (what I had already done, uploaded and emailed). I told that agent I had already done that and emailed it on the 22nd. so It cause some last minute delay in the final numbers that was honestly kinda stressful and could have been taken care of on the 26th if an email was opened or the portal was checked. Other than those very minor things I thought both agents were fantastic and would recommend MSF to anyone looking to buy a home. I would do it again if I ever purchase another home. Thank you guys you rock!
