There weren't any pain points through this process as the line of communication was maintained and our loan officer, Kathy Sloane, kept us well informed throughout the entire process of waiting for clear to close. After we had closed on the home she followed up with us to walk us through the process of what would be expected next. It truly was a great experience and we are very appreciative for her due diligence in helping us by our home!
