Move Concierge definitely hired the right person for the job. Keith was a joy to talk to. He's very patient, polite, personable, a good listener and knowledgeable. He patiently answered each one of my question and took the time to explain what I didn't understand. Absolutely no one can say "I don't understand what you are saying." Mr. Dial is very well~spoken...his enunciation/pronunciation is immaculate. Listen..I'd buy whatever Keith is selling. He has "masterly" mastered the retail/sales department. Overall, I'm glad he's my POC for this important phase of my life. Give him several raises already...he deserves it. Thanks, Keith, for all you've done and continually to do.
