I used to come here 25 years ago with my parents and our family dogs. The care we received then is the same if not better now. The front desk staff was polite and the wait list is a nice feature. The vet techs were kind and friendly to me and my dog and the doctor answered my questions, explained everything clearly to me and answered all questions. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable but reassured and relieved that I didn’t have to spend an arms and a leg to get my pet the care/treatment she received.
