Renee Espinoza represents the epitome of someone that not only performs at the highest level of professionalism, but combines that technical skill with superior human relations skills which results in her outstanding performance. I believe that if it had not been for her going the extra 10 miles, in my situation, that this closing would have taken significantly longer or not at all. At 80 years of age, I am NOT the most patient or understanding of what I describe as unnecessary or uncooperative attitudes of some people encountered during this transaction. When Renee spoke, she backed up her words with action which is why I stated that she went above and beyond what she may have normally done. For that, I am and will remain eternally grateful for the opportunity to have her handle any such transaction of mine in the future.
