I almost never give 5 star reviews. This company, particularly Mr. Robert Stern, has earned it. I went into the process by getting an VA approval before looking at homes. From the beginning, Mr.Stern was calling me, checking back to make sure I turned in documents, and being a decent guy all around. Once we put in the contract it only took 28 days to close. I know it doesn't always run that smoothly, but because I was quick to respond to whatever they asked within an hour, and stayed glued to my phone, doing what they needed me to do, they were able to get me processed and to closing. If you are a Vet, this is the company for you! I read a testimonial where they worked with one guy who had a 480 credit score. All I know for sure, is they will do what they say they will do, and as long as you do what you are supposed to do, stay available for the process to go smoothly, and you will be in a home before you know it!
