I wish I knew the front desk staff member’s name. One of them has a flat personality and is almost robotic in her responses. It’s a big turn off. She definitely makes no attempt to be warm and friendly. This is my opinion after two visits there. She also gave me misinformation about my wellness plan billing. I called billing and it wasn’t as big of a deal as she implied. Anyway, she’s a turnoff and I wish I could tell you her name. She’s Caucasian, has short dark hair and wears glasses. Our doctor, Caitlin Gore, is absolutely amazing and everything about our visit with her was a ten!
