I have bought and sold eight homes during 55 years of moving around the country using 15 different realtors in the process. He explained in great detail how he would market our property and proposed a very high asking price, far exceeding what many other properties had recently sold in our community. He was spot on in his assessment of the market, and our home sold quickly at a very elevated price.
