Mark kept us informed during the whole process.. The only thing was that he called us aprox 2 hrs before the closing to let us know that the terms changed and that we need to bring money to the closing when we were supposed to receive money We were shocked and disappointed and expressed our frustration to him. He was agile in contacting the responsible party and we were able to close the same day in the evening under the original agreement. We are not sure what part of the process did not work properly. His called was kind of a "bad taste" and he turned it around successfully.
