Robert and his team were absolutely amazing. We had a very short timeline from pre-approval to closing and they managed it in a stress-free, methodical manner. Everyone was available to answer any questions we had or figure out what additional documents were needed. It didn't seem to matter what time of day it was, they were there. When the title company messed up all of the closing documents and prevented us from moving in to our new home, Robert was there for us on a Saturday morning doing everything he could to fix their mistake. He even called later that evening to check in on us. We even had a call with one of Wintrust's VPs to talk us through how they were going to help resolve the title companies mistake. Wintrust had already sent the money for closing. One would think this is where the bank says goodbye and thanks you for your business. But not Robert and his team. When we started working together he said he was there for me whenever I needed him, every step of the way and he meant it.
