The representative I spoke with was generally pleasant on the phone. However, the entire Utility Concierge process was a waste of time that actually made things more complicated instead of helping with the process. - I was offered overpriced home security. They were not pushy at all though so this was not a big deal. - I was sent an incorrect URL for setting up electric. I was also sent a phone number, which was correct. - The one thing they actually did for me, was set up internet. However, setting it up myself would have taken 5 minutes on the website, instead of a 20 minute phone call. And in the end, they set up it wrong, including a $5/month wifi service that was never mentioned, I never asked for, and definitely didn't want. When I was sent a billing statement from the ISP, that was the first time I saw any mention of the wifi. I called the Concierge as they said to if there were any issues, and they basically said it was too late and there was nothing they could do. So I had to waste even more of my time and deal with the ISP myself to get unnecessary service removed from my account, and get the wifi router (that the ISP had already mailed to me) sent back to them. - They provided zero assistance with any other utilities. Overall a useless service. I recommend just getting your utilities yourself.
