I requested a closing date quicker than 30 days and they performed with complete professionalism and timeliness. Rob continually updated me with where my loan application stood along with any required documents needed from me. I received a phone call from Rob at least once per week if not more to ask if I had questions about the process or where we stood. His team quickly reviewed all documents requested of me and forwarded them to their Underwriting department with no hesitation.
