After meeting with our financial advisor they referred us to Joe if we chose to refinance our house. 4 weeks later we closed. The process was very easy, mostly because Joe made it easy! We had plenty of questions and he explained everything as we went along. These were not long drawn out emails or calls. Simple text messages or a quick call. Joe would respond early in the morning, early evening and weekends. We simply could not have received any better service! One last thing! We live in Florida and Joe is in Maryland.
