Anthony helped me get my Wi-Fi set up at my new house not only was he incompetent and scheduled the incorrect service claiming that spectrum would be fiber but when the Wi-Fi was delivered, it was in fact, not fiber and spectrum doesn’t even offer fiber in the area so now I have the headache of going extra days without Wi-Fi, scheduling a new provider myself and taking this incorrect equipment back to spectrum If I would’ve known that, Anthony would’ve made my life 1 million times harder I would’ve never had him help me set up this Wi-Fi in the first place After I discovered all of these errors, I tried to contact Anthony about it to help me get rectified and surprise surprise. He went ghost and wouldn’t answer the phone so now I’m left to clean up his mess all alone. I would honestly recommend firing Anthony
