I met, talked, and tried to work with at least three or four different companies' loan officers including Rocket, Loan Depot, BMO, etc, comparing different options/prices and whatnot. At the end, I went with Phillip because he is TRUSTWORTHY. He was always there for me, advising me for my best interest with full honesty. When I buy a second property somewhere else, he is going to be the first person I will reach out to, period. He is the BEST.
