VerifiedAll the staff were friendly and caring. Although through no fault of there's my dog has been requested to wear a muzzle since her 1st shot since we adopted her she turned and growled when a shot was given after she struggled with nasal drops being instilled. She is not an aggressive dog and trying to put the muzzle on her is very difficult for me and her. They were very accommodating and let me stay with her to have her vaccine given in an open area; she didn't even flinch. It made a big difference to be in a different environment and with me. I am happy they made that happen and hope that she will prove at future visits she does not need to be muzzled. PS They also gave her a peanut butter treat that she gobbled up once we were in the car!
