VerifiedCyndy is the best! This was our third time working with People’s Mortgage and second time working with Cyndy as our Loan Specialist. During the pandemic we formed a great working relationship with Cyndy while attempting to purchase a vacation property, which we ended up passing on. We knew that when we resumed our property search that we wanted to work with Cyndy again because she did such a great job looking out for us. We just closed on the purchase of an out-of-state investment property and Cyndy was licensed in and knowledgeable about Colorado, responsive to our numerous questions, proactive throughout the whole process, and fun to be around.
