The only issue I had was the female agent sent to have the closing paperwork signed in person. She had an attitude and did not seem to care that she was not being professional. She showed her judgemental expressions on her face and had a flat affect and tone. Im used to dealing with abrasive personalities, but you should maybe consider someone with a better front facing presence to represent your company. She was rude on the phone as well. We almost opted to refinance with a different mortgage lender simply because of her attitude. The only reason we did not is because Dallas Frye is excellent at his job and we respect and trust him.
