Laura is absolutely an amazing person to work with, she was there to help and guide us throughout the process. I must appreciate her for accommodating a last minute update that we had requested to the paperwork, though it was a lot of work on her side, she understood our needs and got everything ready on time. Being first time home buyers there were a lot of things we were unaware but Laura kept educating us and sent reminders about things we should be watchful to get a good interest rate.
