We absolutely love and appreciate the staff at Noah’s Ark West Chester. First the office staff is so very kind and very patient with the patients and their owners. They answer any questions we have or they find out the answer for us. Then we go back into an exam room and we are always listened to and they make a point to create a connection with our Pops before they touch him. They introduce who they are, which is important to us, we can be anxious at times about our Pops. Jada helped us last time and she was very kind and thorough. She made great eye contact with Pops and us, very friendly. Then our favorite doctor, Dr Todd saw us. There are never enough kind words to say about him. He is super knowledgeable but not in a condescending way. He listens to our updates and questions, then he goes through them with us with his suggestions and info. Noah’s Ark is very blessed to have him work there. He is engaging and calming not just to Pops but to me as an over anxious dog mama. He is just an awesome human being who does an excellent job with the actual medical care of a pet but also the human part of it all. He is a rare combo and we absolutely adore him. Pops needed some of his ear hair plucked out and Morgan held him, she was very kind and loving to him, trying to calm his fears. She talked to him and rubbed him. Very nice. Pops is getting up in age, he is 13 and has a heart murmur so we don’t fool ourselves about our time with him and how much we may have left. But I truly believe that Dr Todd was placed with us by God to elongate his life and we are so very grateful for him.
