Not great. Once I received the text saying we were ready to be seen we had to wait over 2 hours at your facility. I like the online sign in and the texts with updates, but it seems that once you are at your facility the wait gets longer and longer. There were no emergencies that came in nor was the waiting area full (there were 4 other people with pets). Several people were upset about the wait and voiced their frustration. Me and my dog waited patiently. It seems there is a breakdown between when your scheduling/texting says they are ready to see you and the actual wait time in the waiting area. The most precious thing we have is time and I do not like to waste it much less the stress and anxiety it puts on the pets waiting that long.
