This is the second time we've used Farah at Hammond, and she did a spectacular job of booking the kind of accommodations we enjoy. But the best part of the trip to Scotland was our driver/guide, Alex Paterson! He was always prompt in picking us up, in fact always early! His guidance in planning where to take us, what attractions to show us, and his advice was welcome and spot-on. He had a great sense of humor, and a deep knowledge of his country.
