Pat, Tina and Twila made my experience with the mortgage process a great one. There was an issue with the HOA insurance language, which if not thoroughly investigated by Pat, would have ended the deal. I have purchased a dozen properties in the last 25 years and THIS process was by far the best experience I've had. When Pat told me she would call with particular information she did every single time, believe me that is rare and I appreciated it given the stress involved. Additionally, those calls didn't end on Friday afternoon, she called or texted me several times during the weekend, again something that is extremely rare.
