As a first time home buyer, and buying in one of the most complex real estate markets in the U.S., Brian was always available to take my calls when I had questions. The only improvement I can recommend is to direct applicants to the Contour Customer portal, from the start, as a place to upload and manage all documents, as opposed to emails.
