She knew just when to step in to guide us and when to ask questions to let us find the answers on our own. She gracefully balanced the wishes, wants and opinions that my husband and I both brought to the table. Once we found our house, she made the closing process very easy. My husband and I are both busy professionals and work a lot of hours. Lindsey sent us all documents electronically so we could sign things on the fly and keep the process moving along.
