I realized I had not scheduled utilities for a property we were getting keys for today. Called the concierge service offered by Guild Mortgage and reached Tyson. He provided me with all the info I needed to start gas, electric, water and garbage. He also provided options for internet and TV for us to consider. He was professional, thorough and friendly.
