Bryan was easy to work with through the loan approval process. Always prompt & cordial. My wife & I both have over 800 credit scores & have for many many years. We gathered all requested personal info. as required by (Bryan & Tim) Loan Depot & the federal guidelines. We were promised the best rate available which was 3% or slightly less. When the lock rate was offered a 3.5% rate was the best he could do. We even had to pay an additional 2k+ to get a 3.25% which was actually above the going rate.. I would still recommend Loan Depot to others with a warning to insist on instead of excepting what’s offered.
