Mark and his team went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. My particular situation was extremely complex, mixing in matters of IRS liens, additional liens as well as massive credit issues (just to name a few of the challenges). There were many times I felt the loan was not going to happen, but Mark continued to press forward ensuring me he would make it work.
