My words aren’t eloquent enough to express the dedication, skill, and thoughtfulness of Abby Guadalupe. I am extremely happy with how this loan progressed. Abby is committed to exceptional quality service and demonstrated this throughout my loan process. She was there through every step and I know many of the issues she dealt with were not outlined within her job description. Communication was top notch. At no point was I ever waiting on information. It was passed along the moment she received it. Every time the underwriter, title company, or appraisal company sent her information it was immediately passed along to me. She was also able to handle any and every issue that arose. At 4:47 pm the day before a 9 am closing, she was able to work with multiple departments to update an erroneous closing disclosure the title company had printed. How she coordinated between the title company, Southern Trust Mortgage, and State Farm (whom all closed at 5 pm) and got the documents all updated is beyond me. However, I feel that if anyone could accomplish this it would be Abby. Bottom line there is no loan officer that will work as hard nor as diligently as Abby Guadalupe. She is the benchmark for which all in the lending community should strive to become. I would recommend no other.
