The initial sales experience was very positive with a great deal of assistance in selecting my items however Communication post sale was terrible in spite of spending an enormous amount of money at the store.. I experienced significant delays in delivery we’ll beyond the initial predictions. This would have been acceptable if there had been at least one attempt to notify me as the months of delay accrued.. Instead as delivery dates passed by months, I had to inquire each time to find out the new projected delivery. Not proactive or transparent.
