Ben was absolutely the best realtor we could have hoped for. He came recommended by friends who recently bought a house through him, and if we had friends looking to buy in the area, we’d absolutely be sending them to Ben. It was our first time buying a house and we were moving from part of the way across the country, so we expected the process to be quite challenging, but Ben made it easy. We had a very wide radius we were looking in, and Ben and his assistant Maggie organized a meticulously planned itinerary for us to see houses all over the state. Once we found the winner, Ben helped us put in a strong offer without doing anything unwise, and our first offer got accepted. Some pretty significant hiccups came up between making the offer and closing, and Ben worked tirelessly to get us through them and went above and beyond the call of duty to keep the deal alive. He kept us calm and rational in a stressful situation and helped us think carefully through our options. He kept in constant communication, even just to check in and see how we were doing and let us know he was there if we needed anything, and just truly went above and beyond for us. He’s the guy you want in your corner in this crazy market. Our only regret is now that we’ve closed, we don’t get to enjoy his sense of humor all the time anymore!
