Sandy is friendly and outgoing. She does a great job of putting clients at ease. From the first meeting, I felt like she was the person I wanted to work with. Her knowledge of real estate is impressive, and it is clear she has vast practical experience in the field. She begins the process by not only explaining all the paperwork clearly, but by letting you know what things need to be done in your house to facilitate a sale. Once the ball is rolling, she regularly touches base, sending both general information and specific. Any time I called her, my call was returned promptly, and I received what I needed, whether that be information or simple reassurance! She listened very carefully to what we were looking for--especially our price range. She never pressured us to go out of our comfort zone regarding price. You truly feel that she wants you to do what's best for your family. It's not all about the money. I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell/buy a house.
