VerifiedI came in for an emergency. I didn’t really like that I didn’t meet the dr who was going to perform the surgery as the dr told me there would be a shift change so it may not be her. That was not a deal breaker but as a pet parent you would like to know who is working on your pet. The biggest problem was when I picked my dog up she was soaked in urine, her back end and her ears. She had a e collar on and I’m not sure how someone didn’t realize that her ears were pee soaked when they put the collar on. Then incision was pretty bloody too. I worked for a vet for years and we would never have given a pet back in that condition. Animals were always cleaned up before they were retuned to their owner. I’m just hoping this helps your staff do a little better.
