Although the wait was a bit long today, the staff at the Ft.Wright location made it easy to take 2 dogs at a time (one quite the barker) and even helped me check out in the appointment room. They were super helpful and friendly. I appreciated them going to the extra mile to help minimize the impact to the doggies.
