Suzanne is a really great realtor who will go to bat for you whether you are selling or in the process of buying a home. I told her what my budget would be in the near future going on Social Security and she found me a terrific house with no major work to be done at a good price. The seller was not an easy person to deal with but she worked with him with the utmost professionalism and niceties. I will recommend her if anyone I know is in the market to either sell or buy.
